About us
How it all started
We have always had high aspirations to coach and one day run our own club, and when we were presented with this opportunity to begin small and eventually build into what our long-term goal is, we did not hesitate to take it. As we have both coached and ran summer programs before, we thought it would be perfect to begin with and create our own program.
Maddie is a setter, this is her in the Regional Finals game of her senior year of High School at Kettle Moraine Lutheran.
Connor is a libero, this is him at AAU Nationals of his 18's year of club.
Who we are
We are both recent graduates of Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School, class of 22', and are both in our Sophomore year in college, both continuing our volleyball careers in different ways! As long-term high-level players, we now are able to instill our knowledge of the game in a different aspect, through coaching.
The Haeuser Family! Connor grew up in a sports-filled family that encouraged athletics from a young age.
The Fischer Family! Maddie and her family have always loved sports, in fact, she and her dad are coaches together at the club level.
Past Coaching Experiences
Grade School volleyball
Connor has coached 5-8th grade girls volleyball and boys 5-8th grade basketball at Good Shepherd, and they both have coached 5-8th grade boys volleyball as well.
High School Volleyball
Maddie has coached various grade school (3rd-9th) camps throughout her four years there and is even an assistant coach of the JV team!
Maddie and Connor both have club coaching experiences as Maddie has coached a women's 17's team and Connor helped out with a men's 18's club team. They both have coached a summer program in the past, giving them a firm foundation for this new program. They are both IMPACT and SafeSport trained.
